Ongresso

Ongresso supports international companies expanding into Latin America through HR solutions, corporate services and market advisory. It was founded in Colombia in 2010 with Swiss origins and has more than 15 years of experience in the region, with offices in Bogotá and Medellín as well as Mexico City, Lima, Santiago and Switzerland, and a presence in six or more Latin American countries.

Its HR division covers employer of record and PEO services, recruiting and payroll, allowing companies to hire employees in Colombia and other Latin American markets without incorporating locally. Ongresso handles employment contracts, payroll processing, benefits and compliance with local labour and tax regulations on the client's behalf.

Corporate services include company formation, accounting, tax and treasury, annual compliance, legal representation, corporate secretarial work and domiciliation. Advisory services cover market entry intelligence, partner selection and tax advice. Clients are typically North American and European companies entering or scaling operations in the region.
