What we verify

A compliance program, not a vendor list. Before a provider can offer a single service on NEO, we verify who they are and what they're allowed to do.

  • One published standard

The controls every provider must meet, tiered by what they do. The same standard for all 1000+ providers.

  • Verified at onboarding

No provider lists a service until every base control has cleared. Entity, ownership, licence, cover, bank, terms each with a source and a date.

  • Agents collect, human decide

Agents gather evidence, check it at source and read every document for what matters. A human approves a provider onto the marketplace, and a human pauses one.

  • Monitored continuously

Every control has a shelf life. Agents watch expiry, chase what's due and re-screen on a schedule. Stale evidence changes status automatically.

  • Measured against SLA

Compliance says a provider can deliver. Performance says they do. Payroll timing, onboarding turnaround and response times are recorded against every provider.

  • Visible to you

The controls we ran, the dates we ran them, the status they produced. Readable on every provider profile, exportable for your own diligence — and when a status moves, you're told.

How it works

From provider files to a payroll
you can stand behind

One standard. Applied to every provider. NEO defines the controls every provider must meet, tiered by what they do. A payroll-only supplier isn't asked for what an EOR provider is. The standard is written once, and it's the same for all 1,000+ providers

Agents collect. Agents review. People approve. Providers upload what only they can supply. Agents check the rest at source — company registers, sanctions and PEP lists, licence registers where they exist — then read each document for what matters: named insured, limit, expiry, registration match. A person signs off before a provider goes live.

A risk profile on every listing. Every provider is scored against the program and written to the graph: tier, status, last verified, controls passed. The result sits on their marketplace profile and on every service they list. Partners choose on evidence, not on a sales call.

Verified once is not verified. Agents re-check on a schedule, chase what's due, and re-score when scope changes. SLA performance is recorded alongside. When a document expires, the provider is asked for a new one and the status on their profile and listings changes until it arriv

The NEO governance standard

A fully transparent control framework.

Every provider on the platform is held to published, non-negotiable compliance thresholds

THE GRAPH ARCHITECTURE

Moving beyond static vendor registers

The NEO Supplier Graph structures third-party governance as an active relational network: linking suppliers to primary source evidence, jurisdictional services, and the live partner contracts dependent on them.

  • Zero-trust supplier admission

Vendors cannot self-certify. Corporate registration, ownership structures, operating licences, and coverage policies are verified against authoritative local sources before services are published

  • Defensible diligence provenance

Replace vague trust badges with cryptographic certainty. Inspect the exact verification artifacts, timestamps, and statutory documents behind every provider, instantly exportable for internal compliance reviews.

  • Documents on file

The graph eliminates point-in-time blind spots. When documentation expires or regulatory conditions change, the provider’s operational status updates dynamically across every dependent service

  • Autonomous velocity, human governance

Intelligent agents run continuous registry surveillance, document ingestion, and renewal workflows—while licensed compliance specialists retain ultimate authority over partner suspension and admission.
