  • How does NEO’s partner pricing work?

    You pay a flat $50 platform fee per worker, per month, plus the local provider fee for the country the worker sits in. You set your own client price and keep the difference.

  • What does the implementation fee cover?

    A one-time setup: branded portal, your domain, SSO if you use it, connecting your own entities where you have them, and importing your existing worker records.

  • Can I get better provider rates?

    Yes — NEO negotiates volume tiers with 800+ providers. As your headcount grows in a country, we pass better rates through to you automatically.

  • Who invoices the client?

    You do. NEO invoices you at platform + provider cost; you bill your client at your own price under your own brand.

  • What if I bring my own entities?

    You keep them. NEO runs on top of your entity where you have one, and drops in a local provider where you don’t — same platform, one workflow.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

    No. Monthly billing month-to-month, or 12-month prepay for the annual discount. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

  • How does FX revenue work?

    Where you invoice a client in a different currency to the payroll country, NEO passes the FX spread through to you rather than keeping it. Reported line-item in every invoice.
