BDO Colombia

BDO Colombia is the Colombian member firm of the international BDO network. It advises companies operating in Colombia across audit and assurance, tax, legal, advisory and outsourcing services, publishing regular technical bulletins on Colombian tax, customs, corporate and labour matters as well as a business guide to the country.

Within its outsourcing practice, the firm handles accounting, payroll and personnel administration on behalf of clients, including the employment and compliance obligations that come with hiring staff in Colombia. This lets companies without their own local administrative structure place workers on a compliant local payroll while BDO manages the associated filings and statutory contributions.
