Grupo Castilla is a Spanish human resources company that combines advisory services with its own cloud technology, offering what it describes as a 360º approach to people management. Its work spans attracting and retaining staff, payroll administration and the management of other core HR processes such as time and attendance.

Its services side is organised around two areas. Talent Services covers executive search, recruitment for key roles, strategic HR consulting including workforce planning, equality and LGTBI+ plans and performance evaluation, plus learning and internal communications. Laboralitas provides payroll outsourcing and legal support on employment matters, including contracts, changes to working conditions, settlements, court representation, collective bargaining, equality plans and workplace harassment cases.

On the technology side, Grupo Castilla develops human capital management software delivered as SaaS, covering payroll management, time management, recruitment, training, competencies and objectives, and HR analytics dashboards. The company also offers DevOps technology consulting to help clients make their service and application infrastructure more scalable and secure.

The company is headquartered in Tarragona and works with organisations across a range of sectors in Spain.
