Talana

Talana is a human resources software platform developed in Chile that brings personnel administration, payroll and talent management together in one system. Its payroll module handles salary payment runs, mass data loading, variable pay, management reporting and payslip generation, and is designed around Chilean labour requirements.

Alongside payroll, the platform includes people administration features such as vacation and absence tracking, digital employee folders, an employee portal and a benefits club, plus attendance and shift management with multiple clock-in methods, working-time calculation and overtime approval flows. A digital signature module supports mass signing of labour documents, enrolment and signature reporting, and a requirements centre provides an internal reporting channel for protocols and regulations.

Talana also offers talent and strategic management tools, including recruitment and selection with multiposting and applicant tracking, performance and OKR tracking, organizational and climate measurements, internal NPS and segmented internal communications. The company serves medium-sized and large employers in Chile and Peru, with consulting services and extensions available alongside the software.
