Serviap Global

Serviap Global is an Employer of Record provider founded in Mexico in 2010 by Victor Anaya, built around hiring and workforce administration in Latin America. Its services cover employer of record and PEO arrangements, payroll, recruitment and contractor management, allowing companies to employ staff in the region without setting up their own local entity.

The business supports clients in Latin American markets, including Colombia, as well as further afield through owned entities and a network of local partners that handle in-country employment, payroll and compliance requirements.

Serviap was acquired by Hightekers in December 2025 and its operations are being consolidated with Eos and Hightekers EOR under the Rivermate brand, a combined organisation that reports owned entities in 38 countries, coverage in more than 180 countries and over 3,500 workers supported. Prospective clients should expect to be served under the Rivermate name.
