Europortage

Europportage, operating as Europortage, is an Employer of Record (EOR) provider focused on Latin America. It allows international companies to hire staff in the region without establishing a local legal entity, taking on the formal employer role and managing the employment relationship through its local legal and HR specialists.

Alongside EOR, the company offers LATAM payroll services, HR, legal and compliance support, work-from-home equipment provisioning and immigration support. Its team advises clients on employment contracts, minimum wage rules, terminations and other local labour requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.

Europortage covers Brazil as well as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela, and publishes country guides and a Brazil employee cost simulator for employers planning hires. It works with international companies and business owners that want to add or manage people in Latin American markets, and also runs a partner programme.
