Talenteum

Talenteum connects businesses with remote professionals and freelancers across Africa. It sources candidates and then manages the administrative side of the engagement, including employment contracts, payroll and invoicing, so clients can hire in a talent's home country without a local entity of their own.

The company groups its work into three services: remote staffing, to build a team of remote professionals; outsourcing, to source and find individual talent; and Employer of Record, to onboard and pay remote workers compliantly. Contracts and payroll are processed using Breedj technology, and employees remain fully dedicated to the client, who keeps day-to-day management, processes and intellectual property.
