Recruitment is handled by in-country recruiters who present vetted candidates, priced from a percentage of annual salary when combined with EOR.

The company combines recruitment, employment and compliance in one platform, with an AI-based command centre used to run payroll, leave and compliance tasks, and it employs staff through its own entities in the markets it covers.
