RemotePass is a UAE-based HR, payroll and spend platform that lets companies onboard, manage and pay their global and local teams from one place. It covers contractors, employer of record (EOR) employees and directly employed staff, bringing all worker types onto a single system.
Through its EOR service, companies can hire full-time employees in markets where they have no legal entity, with RemotePass handling the employment and compliance side.
