Intect

Intect is a payroll system that handles payroll across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Greenland in one platform. The setup supports the specific legal requirements and regulations of each country, so companies operating in more than one Scandinavian market can administer payroll in a single system. Intect launched in Norway in April 2025.

The platform covers general and advanced payroll administration, automatic payroll runs, time registration as standard, support for multiple companies for payroll bureaus and groups, automatic bank transfers, and approval workflows for payroll batches. It is designed to scale as a business grows without moving to another system.

Intect also provides reporting with customisable reports and up-to-date data, and an integration suite that connects to accounting, scheduling and HR systems, with an open API for further integrations. Its customers include businesses in hospitality, transport, retail, media and cultural attractions.
