SunuPayRH

SunuPayRH is an HR and payroll software platform designed for companies operating in Senegal. Its payroll engine applies Senegalese social and tax rules, including IPRES, CSS, IPM, IGR and TRIMF, with referenced collective agreements, built-in legal checks and calculations that can be traced and audited.

The platform brings employee administration into a single system: contracts on permanent, fixed-term and internship terms, leave and absence tracking that feeds directly into payroll, HR documents and allowances, and a secure employee portal where staff can access payslips and submit leave requests. A mobile clocking feature records arrivals, departures and breaks from a phone, with configurable sites and geolocation and HR validation by exception, so no dedicated hardware is required.

Setup follows a guided sequence: configuring the company, collective agreement, pay items and employees; collecting variable data through clocking or HR entry; running the automatic calculation of payslips, contributions and checks; then validating, issuing payslips and producing exports. The system also raises alerts on items such as expiring fixed-term contracts and anomalies, with human validation retained, and provides HR and accounting exports.
