Brain Source International provides payroll services for local and international employers with staff in Ukraine. Its support covers monthly employee payroll, salary calculations and payslips, payroll tax administration, employee tax withholding, employer social contribution calculations and payroll reporting.

The service can cover a complete monthly payroll cycle or selected administrative functions. This includes collecting employee and compensation data, reviewing employment changes, calculating gross salary and variable pay, applying deductions and employer-side contributions, recording annual leave and absences, preparing payroll registers and payment instructions, supporting statutory payroll reporting, maintaining payroll records and responding to employee payroll questions. Benefits and expense administration, HR and personnel administration, coordination with global finance teams, and payroll support during onboarding and termination are also available.

The company works with Ukrainian businesses and international groups that employ people locally, including companies that have set up a Ukrainian subsidiary, employ a small local team, have no internal payroll specialist, need English-language payroll reporting, manage payroll across several countries or are moving from an employer-of-record arrangement to direct employment. Payroll is processed for a company that remains the legal employer of its personnel.
