Auxilium is a Dubai-based, tech-enabled workforce solutions provider working across the Gulf Cooperation Council: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Its Employer of Record service lets companies hire and manage staff in these markets without establishing a local entity, with Auxilium acting as the legal employer and handling sponsorship, employment contracts, payroll, statutory benefits and contributions, and compliance with local labour regulations.
