Aniday is an HR and recruitment platform headquartered in Singapore that helps companies hire, pay and manage staff in markets where they have no local entity. Its services cover global payroll, payroll outsourcing, Employer of Record and Professional Employer Organisation arrangements, work visa and employment pass support, company incorporation and market entry.

On the payroll side, Aniday runs payroll for client teams and manages the associated employment compliance and administration, including contracts, statutory contributions and reporting requirements in each country of hire. This allows businesses to employ remote workers, freelancers and contractors abroad without establishing a subsidiary.

The platform also provides headhunting, executive search and recruitment process outsourcing, drawing on a network of tens of thousands of headhunters. Aniday states it is used by more than 5,000 companies and works with startups, small and mid-sized businesses and larger enterprises expanding into new markets.
