It does not handle domestic payroll in the United States or Europe; instead it supports headquarters in those regions that need to hire and pay staff in Asia.

Through its EOR service, clients can employ people in a market without setting up a local entity, with the company acting as the legal employer and managing payroll, statutory contributions and local compliance. For businesses with existing entities, it runs multi-country payroll across the region from a single point of coordination.

The company also offers HR software with payroll dashboards and reporting, employee lifecycle administration, and time and attendance tracking. Its clients include hospitality and enterprise groups operating across Asia, ranging from smaller businesses to larger organisations, with guides and services aimed at US, European, UK and Australian headquarters.
