XPND is an independent professional consultancy in Indonesia providing payroll management as part of its business process outsourcing services. It manages the complete payroll cycle for client companies, including income tax withholding under the Average Effective Rate (TER) method introduced by Government Regulation No. 58 of 2023, the five BPJS contribution programmes, regional minimum wage compliance, statutory overtime calculation, and the Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) with its payment deadline.
