TGS D&C CPAs and Associates is an accounting firm in Taiwan that offers payroll outsourcing and administrative management services alongside its accounting, tax and consulting work. The services are aimed at companies that have set up or begun operating in Taiwan and need a local team to handle back-office payroll and personnel administration, including advice on statutory benefits such as labour and health insurance and pension contributions.

The payroll team prepares customised monthly payroll from client-supplied data: calculating pay items and amounts, applying labour and health insurance deductions, withholding income tax and welfare fund contributions, and calculating company and voluntary pension contributions under the labour pension system introduced in July 2005. It produces routine reports such as payroll registers and summaries, bank transfer files, taxable income and withholding schedules, payslips and reconciliation reports, provides monthly estimates of pension and insurance costs, prepares bank transfer media, and can accompany client staff to the bank for salary transfers. Payroll is carried out in a separate processing environment with regular database backups, dedicated secure document storage and a documented backup and recovery plan covering people, systems, environment and procedures. On the administrative side, the firm advises expatriate managers on Taiwan income tax and work-related legal questions and, working with local law firms, provides guidance on company law, commercial contracts and labour regulations.
