MSA Asia is a business services firm that helps foreign companies set up and run operations in China. Established in 2011, it supports clients with company incorporation, including WFOEs, joint ventures and representative offices, and handles the registration steps, document preparation and business licence application.

Its ongoing services cover accounting and bookkeeping, taxation, payroll administration, employer of record hiring, profit distribution and company liquidation. Payroll and HR work is handled alongside tax and accounting compliance so that clients meet local filing and reporting requirements.

The firm reports a team of 56 finance, HR and legal professionals based across mainland China, with local regulatory support in major business hubs, and says it has served more than 1,500 companies across nine jurisdictions from 11 office locations.
