Socialea is a payroll outsourcing practice operating in France since 2007, with offices in Paris, Nantes and Rennes. Its team of payroll managers and HR specialists takes over the full payroll cycle for client companies, from producing payslips to filing social declarations.

The service is aimed at company directors and finance managers who want to move payroll administration outside the business while keeping it compliant with French social and employment rules. Socialea reports more than 700 clients, ranging from small organisations and employer groups to larger companies, and works alongside accounting practices as well.

Alongside payroll processing, Socialea provides HR management support and can integrate client data with HR software such as Eurecia. Clients are assigned a dedicated payroll manager as their point of contact.
