Challenge

Payroll was managed by the finance department and administrative assistant. Having exceeded 10 employees, their previous payroll platform was no longer suitable, and they lacked sufficient in-house expertise. As a result, they did not have a clear understanding of payslips and had questions about social security payments, amongst other things. This is why they decided to use an external provider.

Solution

Socialea took on responsibility for managing their payroll: payslip processing, payroll journal entries, social security declarations, and more. In addition to providing expertise and answering their human resources questions (implementing staff representative elections, implementing day-rate contracts for managers), Socialea manages all their declarations through Net Entreprises.

Results

Implementing Socialea's payroll management enabled the human resources team to save two working days per month: a significant time saving! Additionally, Socialea's advisers provide more rigorous oversight and answers to all their human resources questions, particularly regarding current legislation and regulatory changes, which has improved the human resources team's efficiency.
