Work is delivered digitally at a transparent fixed price per payslip, with personal onboarding and no hidden costs, and clients are able to switch to LOHN24 at any point, including part-way through the year.

Services cover monthly payroll runs, wage tax registrations, ELStAM and DEÜV notifications, and DATEV-format exports, as well as communication with tax offices and health insurance funds. LOHN24 also supports audits by the German pension insurance and the tax office, taking over correspondence with the auditing bodies on request, handles the migration of an existing employee or client base including current-year values, and advises on reducing payroll costs through net optimisation and statutory subsidies.

Master data and changes are submitted through an encrypted payroll portal that requires no software installation, and payslips, certificates and reports are made available there to both employers and their employees. Data processing is GDPR-compliant, uses two-factor authentication and takes place exclusively on German servers.
