Kinore

Kinore is an accountancy firm that provides outsourced payroll services to employers in Ireland. It manages payroll end to end, covering the calculations, compliance obligations and Revenue filings so that clients can focus on running their business.

The service includes processing of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions and pension calculations, including My Future Fund auto-enrolment contributions, along with real-time PAYE, PRSI and USC submissions under PAYE Modernisation. Kinore also produces payslips for employees and directors with itemised gross pay, deductions and net pay, and prepares payroll reports and audit-ready documentation to support finance teams and year-end reconciliation.

Kinore integrates payroll with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and Sage, and includes BrightPay Connect for all clients, giving employees self-service access to payslips, leave management and document sharing. Where a client already uses its own payroll software, such as Sage Micropay, Kinore will work with that existing setup.

The firm works with businesses of all sizes, from startups with a small number of employees to larger organisations, and advises on regulatory changes affecting Irish payroll, including PRSI rate changes, pension auto-enrolment and Enhanced Reporting Requirements.
