Gide Loyrette Nouel is an international law firm founded in Paris that operates in Algeria through Gide Loyrette Nouel Algérie E.U.R.L., a consulting company based at Lotissement Ain Zeboudja in El Biar, Algiers. The office, opened in 2003, combines Algerian and international legal expertise.

The Algiers team advises Algerian and international clients, including international institutions, public companies, banks, insurance companies, investment funds and industrial groups, on the legal and tax implications of their investments and transactions in Algeria. It is particularly active in the energy sector, covering hydrocarbons and renewable energy.
