FactusRH

FactusRH is a human resources and payroll management platform developed by Factus for companies in Latin America. It is designed to automate HR and payroll processes, reduce operating costs and free internal resources, and it integrates with clients' existing ERP systems. The platform supports management across multiple countries, companies and currencies.

Its payroll module automates salary-related processes including settlements, income tax calculations, and variable earnings and deductions. Other modules cover recruitment and selection, with applicant tracking, configurable hiring stages and recruitment metrics; performance and organizational climate evaluations, which can use competency catalogs such as Martha Alles, Gallup or Big5 or a client's own competency dictionaries; and an employee self-service portal for payslips, vacation requests, personnel requisitions and approvals.

Alongside the software, the company offers consulting in human resources management. FactusRH operates in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and other countries in the region, and offers prospective clients scheduled product demonstrations.
