Employes

Employes is an online platform that lets Dutch employers manage their own salary processing (salarisadministratie) without needing specialist payroll knowledge. Employment contracts and payslips can be created directly, and changes to the payroll can be entered without going through an intermediary or paying extra fees.

The platform combines HR and payroll administration in one place. Built-in Dutch legislation and collective labour agreements (cao's) support the payroll run, while expenses, leave, absence and hours worked feed straight into the salary administration. Additional modules cover document management with digital signing, task and workflow automation, and HR and payroll reporting. A mobile employee self-service app allows staff to submit their own leave, absence, expenses and hours.

Employes connects with accounting, time registration and scheduling tools, including integrations with Moneybird, Exact and Dyflexis, so payroll data can be shared across other business systems.
