Interview with Ilse van Nierop from Avy Drone

Avy, founded in 2016, builds electric aircraft with the flexibility of a drone and the efficiency of an aeroplane. The company grew from 2 to over 30 employees in three years and expected to continue expanding.

Avy gave employees considerable freedom, probably more than other companies. Employees determined their own working hours and the number of holiday days.
