DMK Tax & Finance is a tax, advisory and accounting consultancy in Serbia that works with foreign businesses and individuals operating in the country, as well as local companies. Payroll is the firm's core specialty, handled from both a tax and a legal perspective.

Payroll work covers monthly processing and calculation of salaries, allowances, benefits and transport costs, delivery of payslips to employees by email, and calculation of personal income tax and social security contributions for employees and individuals engaged under service, copyright and similar agreements. The firm also prepares and submits tax returns for salaries and other payments to individuals, registers and deregisters employees for compulsory social insurance with the Central Registry (CROSO), handles sick leave reimbursement, and produces internal payroll reports.

The team follows changes in Serbian tax and payroll regulations so client payrolls remain compliant, and uses payroll software to process and deliver payroll on an agreed schedule for both small teams and larger workforces. Alongside processing, DMK provides reporting and analysis of labour costs and workforce data.
