HLB T&M Consulting is a financial advisory and bookkeeping firm based in Belgrade, Serbia. Its accountants and payroll specialists handle salary calculation and related administrative work for clients, in line with Serbian labour law, the law on personal income tax and the law on contributions for compulsory social insurance.

Payroll services cover calculation of salaries, wages and other income, employer and employee taxes and contributions, sick leave up to and beyond 30 days, maternity leave, subsidy calculations and forms for the National Employment Service, loan suspensions and administrative bans, and incentive or disincentive calculations. The firm also forms and sends electronic payment orders, prepares electronic tax returns and forms such as OD and OPJ, submits signed returns to the Tax Administration and the Republic Institute for Social Protection, records changes in the general ledger and analytical books, completes and files M-4 and PPP forms, calculates citizens' income tax and submits electronic reports.

Alongside payroll, the firm provides personal administration in the field of labour relations, keeps personnel records in accordance with Serbian legislation, and supports the employment of non-residents in Serbia. Its process makes use of automated import and export of documents in a range of formats.
