Cloudfacile

Cloudfacile is a configurable cloud ERP that centralises business information so data is entered once and shared in real time across the departments that need it. The platform is accessible from PC, tablet and smartphone, and a mobile application is available so users can consult their ERP remotely. Company data is hosted in the provider's data centres with encryption, firewall protection and daily backups.

The payroll module generates complete payslips automatically and comes preconfigured with the Cameroonian legal framework, including CNPS requirements, and the OHADA chart of accounts, so no additional setup or adaptation costs are required. Payroll works alongside the human resources module for employee tracking and management.

Other modules cover general, analytical and budgetary accounting compatible with OHADA and IFRS standards, project management with cost tracking and budget control, sales and CRM, and purchasing and procurement. The company also offers MediCloud, a version of the platform for managing healthcare organisations.
