This covers salary administration together with tailor-made assistance on HR regulations and Compensation & Benefits. Through BDO's internal network, the firm arranges payroll solutions for around 100 countries, relying on direct relationships across the network to support cross-border work.

Clients have access to software developed in-house and adapted to the industries the firm serves, along with digital solutions that provide secured access to payroll data and speed up exchanges and transactions. The payroll activity holds ISAE 3402 Type II and ISO 27001 certification.

Key areas of expertise include payroll administration, tailor-made solutions adapted to client needs, on-site missions, payroll project management locally and through the BDO International network, and advice on tax and social security matters in Luxembourg and internationally. BDO Luxembourg is a founding member of the Luxembourg Payroll Provider Federation (LPPF) and contributes to professional workgroups alongside bodies such as UEL and ABBL.
