WorkMotion is a Germany-based global employment company that helps organisations hire, manage and pay staff internationally without setting up local legal entities. Its Employer of Record service covers more than 160 countries and is delivered through the company's own subsidiary network, which handles employment contracts, payroll, taxes and local compliance on behalf of client companies.

Alongside EOR, WorkMotion offers a direct hiring solution for companies that employ people themselves but want ongoing compliance support, including real-time monitoring of legal changes and country-specific risk alerts, and a contractor product covering onboarding, automated invoicing, payments and tax support for international contractors.

The company states that it works with more than 1,000 companies and that its EOR operation has been audited and certified by the independent IEC Group across more than ten legal and operational categories, including validated labour leasing licences. Its clients include HR, finance and executive teams at scaling businesses and larger enterprises building distributed teams in Austria and other markets.
