Alongside EOR, WorkMotion offers a direct hiring solution for companies that employ people themselves but want ongoing compliance support, including real-time monitoring of legal changes and country-specific risk alerts. Its contractor product covers onboarding, automated invoicing, payments and tax support for international contractors.
