BT Expertise Group

BT Expertise Maroc is the Moroccan practice of BT Expertise Group, an accounting, audit and advisory firm with its head office in Hay Riad, Rabat, and further offices in Tanger and Dakhla. It works with companies, groups and investors operating in Morocco and expanding into Africa.

Accounting work covers bookkeeping, review of accounts and preparation of financial statements under Moroccan CGNC standards, together with reporting and management information. The firm also performs statutory and contractual audits, certification of accounts, internal control reviews and special assignments.

On the tax side it advises on Moroccan and international taxation, including double taxation treaties, transfer pricing and Morocco-Africa tax matters. Its HR and payroll service handles payroll, CNSS social declarations, employment contracts and social compliance under Moroccan rules.

Other services include advisory and strategy work such as company structuring, market entry, business plans and support for foreign investors, preparation of public tender and procurement bids covering administrative and financial documents and certificates, feasibility and sector studies, and trading and international commercial operations.
