CityBook Services, Ltd. is an outsourcing company based in Modi'in Illit, Israel, that builds long-term, customized service arrangements for clients worldwide. It employs more than 800 professionals across seven locations in Israel, all native English speakers familiar with US, European and Canadian work cultures, and hires additional staff as new client accounts require.

Its back-office services include sales representation, medical billing, real estate services, account management, customer service and graphic design, delivered by teams that work exclusively on a single client's account. Clients identify the functions they want to outsource, and CityBook recruits and manages the staff, so the client does not need to set up its own legal entity in Israel or handle local staffing and paperwork. With 16 hours of daily coverage, work can be carried out during Israeli business hours or aligned to North American working hours.

CityBook also offers payroll and HR services in Israel through an Israel PEO arrangement for overseas companies that employ their own staff locally, as well as fully equipped office seats at several locations in Israel. The company emphasizes continuing education and on-site professional training for its employees. It is led by founder and chairman Joseph Rosenbaum and CEO Eli Kazhdan.
