Consimo, a leading company in the field of compensation funds and Insurances with almost 150 employees in Switzerland, was faced with the challenge of digitalising its business processes. The focus was not only on the IT infrastructure, but also on an urgently needed modernisation of HR processes. Solution
In the search for the optimal solution, consimo launched a tender and opted for the customised "HR for SME" offer from HR Campus, consisting of Personio in combination with SwissSalary 365®, swiss+ employment reference, Edi Expense Intelligence and HR strategy consulting. The project was carried out in two phases: In the first phase, Personio was implemented for all HR processes, such as master data and document management, combined with SwissSalary for a payroll specific to Switzerland. The aim of the second phase was to expand Personio to make discussions with employees more flexible and to automate processes relating to certificate creation and expense management. After completing phase 1, consimo was already able to record significant improvements. With Personio, HR processes previously based on Excel lists were replaced by automated workflows. This saved numerous manual intermediate steps, avoided media disruptions and significantly reduced the time required. Personio's intuitive functions enabled the project team to make settings independently and also adjust them after the project. Thanks to SwissSalary 365®, payroll accounting can now be carried out with far fewer clicks, which simplifies the process considerably.
