Increasing Efficiency in HR Administration

Following the integration of several companies, the number of employees at Cendres+Métaux increased considerably, which significantly increased the administrative burden of HR data. Managing the personnel dossiers was a real challenge: Although many dossiers were available digitally, there was a lack of a clear structure, location-independent access and effective access control. These aspects urgently needed to be optimised in order to meet the increased requirements.

The company opted for UKG HR Service Delivery, a modern platform for simple and efficient HR administration. It simplified the administrative tasks of the HR teams while providing effective HR support for all employees, improving the Employee Experience. As part of the project to introduce UKG HR Service Delivery at Cendres+Métaux, a comprehensive solution was implemented to optimise HR processes. The project aimed to reduce the administrative burden on the HR department and increase the efficiency of HR administration. Implementation included the digital and centralised management of employee dossiers, making it much easier to access information. In addition, the HR knowledge database, automated workflows and the creation of digital forms were integrated. These measures led to a significant improvement in the Employee Experience, as employees could now find answers to their questions quickly and easily.
