BDO Serbia

BDO Serbia is the Serbian member firm of the international BDO network, providing accounting, audit, tax and consulting services. Its business services and outsourcing practice includes a dedicated payroll function, led within the tax advisory and accounting and payroll departments.

The payroll service covers calculation of salaries and salary compensation, service contracts (ugovor o delu) and business travel expenses, preparation of related reports, communication with the Tax Administration and preparation of e-banking payment orders.

The team also handles employee administration, including registrations and deregistrations, issuing health insurance booklets, administering parental leave and sick leave, and preparing average earnings calculations and other certificates employees require. These services allow client management to hand over routine payroll administration and concentrate on running the business.
