Acclime

Acclime provides professional employer organisation (PEO) and employer of record (EoR) services in Indonesia. Acting as the legal employer of record for a client's staff, it allows companies to hire or relocate employees in Indonesia without first setting up a local legal entity.

Its PEO and EoR work covers onboarding steps such as offer letters, employment contract drafting, and eligibility and compliance checks, along with monthly payroll reporting and ongoing compliance with Indonesian labour regulations. Related services include contractor and freelancer management and payroll outsourcing, and Acclime can also handle company formation for clients that decide to establish their own entity, as well as deregistration when they exit.

Each client is assigned a dedicated local account manager as a single point of contact, and Acclime states that pricing is all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Staff can be onboarded through its in-house entities across the Asia Pacific region, making the service suited to companies testing the Indonesian market, making a first local hire, or maintaining employees without a local entity.
