QatarEOR is an Employer of Record provider that handles employment, payroll and work-permit sponsorship for companies hiring in Qatar. Operating through a licensed Qatari establishment file with visa quota, it acts as the legal employer and sponsor so clients can hire resident or relocating candidates without registering their own Qatari entity or QFC company. Employment is structured to comply with Labour Law No. 14 of 2004 and the 2020 labour reforms, with mainland sponsorship under the Ministry of Labour as the default route and QFC contracts available as an alternative.

Services cover block work permits, employment visas, residence permits and QID processing, bilingual Arabic-English employment contracts, monthly payroll in Qatari riyals paid through the Wage Protection System, GRSIA registration for Qatari nationals and end-of-service gratuity accrual for expatriates. The company also arranges private health insurance and work-injury cover, tracks annual leave, sick leave and public holidays, and manages permit renewals, offboarding and residence-permit release.

Onboarding follows a defined sequence: scoping the role, salary and start date, issuing a compliant offer and contract, then completing permits, medical, biometrics and insurance enrolment before payroll begins. A resident hire can typically be contracted, sponsored and on WPS payroll within one to two weeks, with permit processing taking up to six weeks for candidates relocating to Qatar.
