Belgium EOR

Belgium EOR provides Employer of Record services for companies that want to employ people in Belgium without incorporating a local BV/SRL or NV/SA. It becomes the legal employer of the client's chosen candidate while the client keeps control of the employee's day-to-day work, with onboarding typically completed in one to two weeks.

The service covers the full employment lifecycle: drafting contracts under the Employment Contracts Act of 3 July 1978 and the applicable Joint Committee collective labour agreement, registering employees with the NSSO/ONSS via Dimona, arranging mandatory occupational accident insurance, and running monthly payroll including holiday pay and the end-of-year bonus. It also remits social security contributions to the NSSO/ONSS and withholding tax (bedrijfsvoorheffing / précompte professionnel) to FPS Finance, and manages statutory benefits and terminations.

Belgium EOR also supports Single Permit and EU Blue Card applications through the regional authorities in Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia for foreign employees. The service is aimed at foreign companies testing the Belgian market, running project-based work, or building distributed teams in the EU.
