Dynasoft Solutions provides an HR and payroll solution adapted to Costa Rican requirements and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It calculates Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) contributions, applies salary tax withholding using updatable brackets, and administers aguinaldo and other benefits in line with local legislation. Payroll runs produce detailed accounting entries in Business Central, along with reports for compliance and audit purposes.

The solution is organised into modules covering personnel and talent administration, time and attendance, payroll processing, and regulatory reporting. Employee records hold personal and banking data, employment history, insurance and pension plans, education, skills and vacation information, while job profiles let companies set standard earnings and deduction templates by position. A recruitment candidate bank and training management tools support hiring and staff development.

Time and attendance features connect with access control systems to calculate worked hours and overtime, support fixed and rotating shift planning, and classify absences such as leave, permissions and disability, including whether they are deductible from salary and at what rate. Together these modules are intended to reduce manual work and shorten payroll closing cycles for companies operating in Costa Rica.
