Solution
We implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, customising it to address their specific logistics and finance challenges. We integrated inventory management, purchasing, sales and accounting modules. Additionally, we configured Power BI to deliver dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) on inventory movement, profitability by route and consolidated financial status. An intensive training phase was included for operations and management teams.
