ARCH LATAM

ARCH LATAM is a human resources services company that manages payroll and related employment processes for businesses in Central America, including El Salvador, as well as Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic. Its payroll team calculates and processes payroll according to the labour legislation of each country where a client operates.

Alongside payroll management, the company offers staffing and outsourcing, in which it takes on the role of employer for temporary or permanent placements; BPO services, where it administers a specific delegated process on behalf of a client; and recruitment, sourcing and selecting candidates to fill open positions.

ARCH LATAM works with organisations in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology and telecommunications, aviation and consumer goods. It is part of ARCH Resources Group, a human resources group with presence in 12 countries in the Americas and more than 30 years in the market.
