More than 100 dedicated consultants in 12 months

The rapid growth and rapid expansion in the client's market created a need to increase the efficiency of the work performed to complete urgent projects. Devire then selected the best professional profiles of candidates and sent them to the client for approval. Devire was responsible not only for searching for the best specialists, but also for carrying out a smooth recruitment process, hiring consultants and delegating them to work at the client's site, as well as providing quality HR and payroll services to the client.

Devire's process enabled the successful and efficient recruitment of a large number of specialists. In the last 12 months, they hired 104 non-IT and IT consultants to perform work for a client project. Devire ensured rapid adaptability to changing market needs and took care of qualitative HR and payroll services and benefit system.
