Wide Brazil

Wide Brazil is a Brazilian-owned consultancy that helps international companies build and manage teams in Brazil. Its services cover employer of record (EOR) employment, payroll and HR administration, recruitment, and staffing outsourcing, all delivered by a locally based team with multilingual support.

Through its EOR service, Wide Brazil employs staff on a client's behalf so the client does not need to set up a Brazilian entity. It issues employment contracts under the CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) and handles payroll processing, the 13th-month salary, FGTS contributions, INSS social security and related tax and labour compliance obligations. Companies that already have a Brazilian entity can use its PEO-style HR administration support instead.

On the talent side, the company recruits professionals for client teams and supports project-based and higher-volume hiring through staffing outsourcing. Wide Brazil reports more than ten years of experience in the market, over 100 companies served, more than 1,000 hires placed, and clients based in more than 40 countries.
