Syndesus is a Canada-based provider of recruitment and employment services focused on technology and artificial intelligence talent. It maintains a pool of pre-vetted senior engineers in Canada and places them with client companies, screening candidates on technical skills, past projects and enterprise development experience.

Once a candidate is selected, Syndesus offers two ways to put them on payroll. Its employer of record service makes Syndesus the legal employer in Canada for companies without a Canadian entity, covering payroll, benefits, worker classification and provincial employment compliance. For clients that already have a Canadian entity, its Canada Co-pilot service acts as an outsourced HR team handling day-to-day administration.
