Softland is a business software company that develops ERP, CRM and human resources systems for companies of different sizes and sectors. Its human resources product handles payroll and remuneration processing alongside wider people management, with a focus on automating administrative processes and consolidating workforce information in one place.

The ERP system brings together sales, distribution, inventory, production, accounting, treasury and budgeting, while the CRM centralises customer records and automates sales and marketing tasks. The products are configured to each client rather than sold as a single fixed package.

The company states that more than 35,000 companies in 20 countries across Latin America and Spain use its software, and it runs a dedicated operation for the Chilean market.
