Patients can book appointments across specialties at the sanatoriums and medical centres through the website, the mobile app or the central appointment line. Registered users can also consult laboratory results from tests carried out at the group's centres and take a place in the emergency department queue through its "guardia inteligente" service.

The group's centres provide in-person consultations, diagnostic services, emergency care and vaccination campaigns for patients and their families, and it forms part of the Galeno health organisation.
