Saldo Accounting OÜ provides accounting and supporting financial services to companies in Estonia. The business began offering accounting services in 2013, and in 2024 the company was restructured, with the accounting service line moved into a subsidiary. The firm employs ten accountants, more than half of whom hold accountant or senior accountant qualifications.

Services include full or partial monthly bookkeeping, VAT and intra-Community sales reporting, preparation and submission of annual reports to the Business Register, and support with reviews or audits of annual results. Payroll is handled monthly for resident, e-resident and non-resident employees, and the firm can also help non-resident employers register as Estonian taxpayers.

The company additionally offers financial and tax consulting, budget modelling and monitoring, and licensed contact person and registered office services in line with Financial Intelligence Unit requirements. Saldo works paperlessly, supports clients in automating their accounting processes, and reports over 100 clients and more than ten years of experience. It is founded and led by Karin Rand, a Tallinn University of Technology finance graduate who has passed the senior accountant qualification examination and previously worked at technology and startup companies.
